Soup & Slurpee for health

2 large size Beets
2 celery sticks with leaves
1 Whole lemon with skin, seeds, and pulp,
1 dill stick
2 Hot green pepper (jalapeno)
1 Half papaya
8 cloves
6 pieces of fresh ginger
8 Peeled cloves of garlic
Fill the pot with water and cook until beets are soft, when food cools down put all the liquid in a glass bottle with a lid and store in the fridge until you will be needing it before lunch and supper, it is your choice you can consume one oz or 2 oz in morning and supper time. 😊 add green bell pepper ln ingredients.
